The new problem is that it's causing Sarari to crash. It almost always recognizes a site and offers to fill in passwords/user info. The original problem I had with this browser extension has been fixed. This is my second update (see original below). I know it's free and I get what I paid for, but I don't enjoy the hassle of loading the extension, setting all the security preferences in sys pref and the perplexing "You're all set!" screen when you click on the Icon in the apps folder instead of opening the app. AND It keeps asking if I want it to save the password that it just used to log me in to websites. I got it working eventually, there are two versions you need, one for desktop and one for the web, and you have to log in both places before it works on ONE browser only. AND, 4 customer service support staff could or would not explain how does it work? Instead a bot kept sending messages that it wanted to close the support ticket, mark it resolved several times. Looking for it, where is it? Playing hide and seek. No control panel, no welcome tutorial, nothing. Plus it kept repeating the same screen when I tried to log in "You're all set" and the only option is "Got It!" then.nothing. I counted 38 screens to navigate just to get an account and log-in. It shoulld say free trial, but it says FREE, so that's a bit deceptive, and the version you download isn't the free version, the free one is much more limited and you have to set up DL all over again in 30 days.
